TERMS OF SERVICE 

Your pursuance into the actual travel planning signifies your agreement with the following:

Travel Provider does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, etc. As a result, Travel Provider is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any other third party not under its control. Without limiting the foregoing,  Travel Provider accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, inconvenience, damage, or death which results from criminal activity, weather or other acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics or the threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or the lack of access to same, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, or any other event beyond its direct control. You hereby release Travel Provider from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Dekalb County will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Travel Provider, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. In addition, Travel Provider is not responsible for typographical or substantive errors in descriptions of hotels or programs.

Travel Provider shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with, or by supplier employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside of the control of Travel Provider. Travelers assume complete and total responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, inoculation/vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as re-entry into the US, and all safety and security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel itinerary. Travel Provider recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, Travel Provider recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. Travel Provider acts as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary (Suppliers). Travel Provider is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. Travel Provider assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; 2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Travel Provider’s control. You hereby release Travel Provider from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.

PRIVACY POLICY

Travel Provider values your privacy. As such, Travel Provider understands that making purchases online and otherwise involves trust on your part. Your trust is taken seriously. Holding your personal information in strictest confidence is of the highest priority with Travel Provider, and its owner. Our agency retains only that information which you voluntarily give. Your personal information is only for the purpose of responding to and processing your travel request. Your personal information will only be shared with authorized suppliers that perform specific functions on our behalf as required by you. Your personal information will never be sold to any third party by Travel Provider. Our agency provides you with the choice and the control over the collection and use of your personal information. You may update, correct or have your personal information removed at any time.
